Coimbatore: Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore welcomed the announcement of Night Curfew and applauded the measures by the government to control the Covid-19 Pandemic crisis to save the people from the crucial situation.
The chamber has appealed to allow free movement of trucks in Containment Zones and Lockdown areas are necessary throughout 24 hours for economic activities in this crucial period. They have also asked that all types of manufacturing activities should be allowed to function. It is also suggested that their employees be permitted to attend work on producing their photo ID cards issued by the respective companies.
