Banyan tree planted by Kovai Kulangal Paathukappu Amaippu and Valar Ilam Narpani Sangam
Coimbatore: As a tribute to the demise of Actor Vivek, the film comedian and iconic artist who planned to plant one crore saplings as an ambassador of Missile Hero and pioneered the planting of about 30 lakh saplings.
To make his dream come true, banyan saplings were planted in his memory in the Kunnathurkulam at Kattampatti (Kadathur) on April 17th by Kovai Kulangal Paathukappu Amaippu and Valar Ilam Narpani Sangam. The event was attended by a large number of volunteers.
