Coimbatore International Airport Tourist Taxi Driver and Owners Association President P Karthikeyan said, "Our association has more than 100 members. In the time of the rapid spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, employees working at the airport and prepaid taxi and tourist taxi drivers and owners were vaccinated yesterdayas per government guidelines.
More than 250 people were vaccinated at the special camp yesterday at the airport premises. Currently, the airline operates to Sharjah in it's international division. The domestic division is serving various cities. However, all prepaid taxi and tourist taxi drivers operating at Coimbatore airport are following the guidelines as announced by the government."
