Over 200 people were vaccinated at Primary Health Centers in Coimbatore today.
Coimbatore: Even as the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic seems to be sweeping across the nation, public have been left wondering if there would be a possible second lockdown in the weeks ahead.
Companies have taken strict measures to curb the spread of COVID-19 as per the orders of the district administration and the health department. Meanwhile, the Tamil Nadu government has stipulated that people over the age of 45 will have to be vaccinated against COVID-19 either at private or Government hospitals and Primary Health Centers.

Accordingly, people are being vaccinated daily in Kinathukadavu Taluk area. As part of this, a vaccination camp against COVID-19 was held at the LG factory in the Gothawadi area near Kinathukadavu.

All employees above the age of 45 in the factory were vaccinated. Over 200 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in the Kinathukadavu Taluk so far, according to reports from the Health Department.
Similarly, more than 100 people were vaccinated at the Nallandipalayam Primary Health Center today.
