People suffer due to inadequate water supply in Coimbatore Air Force Naval Housing Unit.
Coimbatore: The Air Force and Naval Housing Unit has 372 houses in the Athipalayampirivu next to Ganapathy in Coimbatore.
The apartment has 272 apartment houses and 100 individual houses and is home to more than 5,000 people. The Residents Welfare Association, which used to be a combination of apartments and individual houses, split in 2018 for some reason, forming a separate association for the 272-apartment residential area and a separate association for the 100-individual house residential area.
It is alleged that the association with the individual houses collected a certain amount per month for each house for the maintenance work in the residential area as a whole, including the improvement of the drinking water, street lights.
