Coimbatore: District Corporation Commissioner Kumaravel Pandian today inspected various areas for Covid-19 guidelines violations in Coimbatore.
As a part of his inspection, he visited the areas of East Peelamedu and Nava India, where he fined the public who were not wearing their face masks. He also stopped two-wheeler commuters who did not have their masks on.
During his inspection, Corporation Commissioner Kumaravel Pandian checked the passengers of various public transport services and advised them of the seriousness of the Covid-19 pandemic and the second wave.
Corporation Commissioner Kumaravel Pandian then visited the small shops in Peelamedu and Nava India area and advised the shop keepers and public to follow Covid-19 guidenlines.
