A total of 13 people, including 9 men and 4 women have been confirmed positive with COVID-19 virus, on Wednesday.
Coimbatore: With the second wave of COVID-19 infections on the rise with every passing day across the country, 13 people have been confirmed positive with the COVID-19 virus in Kinathukadavu area in the city on a single day, today, according to a report by the health department.
"The 13 patients include 9 men and 4 women who hail from Manikandapuram, Pattanam, Kovilpalayam, Vadachithur, Immidipalayam and Kinathukadavu. All of them are currently being treated at the Government or private hospitals, on basis of their choice," stated health department officials.
