International postal services cancelled to four countries by Indian Postal Service
Coimbatore: The Indian Postal Service which provides international express mail and parcel services worldwide has suspended international postal service to four countries, including New Zealand.
With international flights being disrupted owing to the second wave of COVID-19, the Indian Postal Service has been battling hurdles to send mail or parcels to various countries. Due to the widespread COVID-19 infections being reported in India, flights to New Zealand, Luxembourg, Mongolia and Serbia have not been operational.
As a result, the Indian Postal Service has suspended all types of postal bookings for these countries and it is expected that the suspension of postal services will continue until further notice.
