Man arrested in Coimbatore for sexually harassing wife's sister who is a minor
Coimbatore: A man who had videotaped his sexual harassment of his wife's sister who is a minor was arrested and jailed under the POCSO Act.
The girl's father had passed away 15 years ago and her mother was working as a daily wage labourer in Coimbatore. The mother has two married daughters, aged 21 and 20 from her first marriage and two daughters aged 13 and 9 from her second marriage.
The husband of the elder sister has reportedly been sexually harassing the 9-year old girl and this came to light when the girl's sister found a pornographic picture of the girl on her husband's mobile phone. She immediately informed her mother about it who lodged a complaint at the Thudiyalur Women's Police station.
The man has been arrested and imprisoned under the POCSO Act.
