Coimbatore: More than 100 people participated in the Covid-19 vaccination camp situated in Kovilpalayam near Kinathukadavu, Coimbatore district today.

Around 2,000 people have been vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccine in the Kinathukadavu area.

Also, a special vaccination drive was organised today at the Government Higher Secondary School in Kovilpalayam next to the Kinathukadavu area.

People from the nearby villages participated in the vaccination drive and showed interest in getting vaccinated. Health department officials also took Covid-19 tests for people who visited to get the vaccination.

Kinathukadavu Zonal Officer Chitra, Nallandipalayam Primary Health Centre Doctor Samitha, other doctors and nurses participated in the camp.
