Man who was returning home after being treated for accident injuries who died in car blaze en route to his home in Tirupur could have possibly been murdered.
Tirupur: Rangarajan (52) from Thudupathi near Tirupur was being treated at a private hospital in Coimbatore after having been involved in an accident, last month.
Rangarajan who was recovering from the accident was being taken home by his wife Jyotimani and a relative Raja in a car from Coimbatore to Thudupathi last night. Raja and Jyotimani reportedly parked the car in Perumanallur area to get down and attend nature's call.
On returning, when Raja reportedly started the car, smoke began emitting from the car. Raja and Jyotimani apparently got down from the car and tried to save Rangarajan but the car reportedly caught fire.

By then, Rangarajan had been charred to death in the blazing car.
Perumanallur police officials who had conducted an investigation are now looking at the sudden car blaze as a possible murder case. They have arrested Rangarajan's wife Jyotimani and relative Raja who are presently being interrogated.
