"Lotus will blossom in Coimbatore South constituency:" BJP candidate Vanathi Srinivasan
Coimbatore: Coimbatore South Assembly constituency's BJP candidate and National Women's Wing leader Vanathi Srinivasan lined up with people at a polling booth in Tatabad area of the South constituency to cast her vote.
Other BJP volunteers in the constituency also registered their votes alongside her.
Addressing the media later, Vanathi Srinivasan said, "In a democratic system, voting is the prime duty. It is our right to elect our rulers once every five years who will actually help the people. This one day, is the most important day in our lives, for all of us. I urge all people to vote since voting is the most important contribution we can make to the society as a whole and as well as our country."
"Lotus will definitely blossom in the Coimbatore South Assembly constituency," she added.
