Tirupur: Atheft was reported in Tirupur today, 120 sovereign gold jewels and 20 lakh rupees cash goes missing. The Veerapandi police officials have taken charge of the case filed by Sabiullah.
Sabiullah (54), from Mumoorthy Nagar in the K.Chettipalayam road near Tirupur-Dharapuram Road, is an owner of a printing press.
He, along with his family members travelled to Ooty on April 2nd and returned home today morning.
When they returned back home, Sabiullah and his family were shocked to see the doors broken.
They further realised that 120 sovereign gold jewels were missing along with 20 lakh rupees as cash. Sabiullah has filed a complaint to the Veerapandi Police Office and they are investigating the case.
