Coimbatore: With the Assembly elections in Tamil Nadu scheduled to be held on April 6th, the campaign ends tomorrow at 7 pm. As a result, all political parties are engaged in the final round of campaigning. Pollachi constituency AIADMK members are actively collecting votes for Deputy Speaker Pollachi Jayaraman.
As a part of the campaign today at the 16th and 28th ward, the members were dressed to represent Hindu, Christian and Muslim community people and walked through the areas to gather support and to depict the religious equality offered by the AIADMK government.
The members who were dressed up in costumes campaigned in the main areas of Venkatraman street and Kadai Veedhi Street to seek support.
Many people, including former city councillors Murattukkalai, Murali and District Representative Arunachalam, joined along with the members to campaign for votes
