Coimbatore: The DMK Youth Wing Secretary, Udhayanidhi Stalin campaigned in Sundarapuram in Coimbatore on Friday in support of Kurichi Prabhakaran who is contesting on behalf of the DMK party in Kinathukadavu constituency.
Addressing the public, Udhayanidhi Stalin said, "Edappadi K Palanisamy who fell at Sasikala's feet to come to power, then went on to lead a regime which was anti-people. But now he is falsely propagating saying "Vetri Nadai Podum Tamilagamey." People should go to the polls and show their anger against such an AIADMK regime, on April 6.
"They are making random statements saying women are safe under the AIADMK regime in Tamil Nadu but in reality there is a lack of security for women, including the women police officers in Tamil Nadu. I vow to punish the Pollachi sexual assault case offenders as soon as DMK comes to power. As Covid-19 relief, people will be given Rs.4000 on the birthday of Kalaingar Karunanidhi on June 3 once we come to power," reassured Udhayanidhi Stalin.
