Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy arrives in The Nilgiris to campaign for NDA candidates Bhojarajan and Kappachi D Vinoth.

The Nilgiris: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy arrives in The Nilgiris to campaign for NDA candidates Bhojarajan and Kappachi D Vinoth.

He visited the areas in The Nilgiris to campaign for votes under the 'Lotus' and 'Two leaf' symbols. CM Edappadi Palanisamy addressed the people and said, "I have completed every assurance given by Amma. Tamilnadu has become the best state in India for education. Amma government has an unlimited power supply. With the investors meeting earlier we have given job opportunities to more than 10 lakh unemployed youths."

He also commented that the DMK party looks after their own family but the AIADMK party looks after all people. "AIADMK party will bring any cadre to power, but DMK will have only their families. Also, a Noble prize for lies should be given to Stalin for the number of lies he speaks to cheat people. Not even 1% of what he is saying is true."

Edappadi Palanisamy also informed the people that so far 1 lakh people have made calls to 1100 helpline to seek help. "AIADMK government has solved the Emerald Lake drinking water supply scheme in Coonoor. We also solve people's issues while DMK Stalin only collects petition and do nothing," he added.

"A request has been made to the Central Government to add Baduga Community members to the scheduled castes list. Works are underway to build a medical college in The Nilgiris. We have successfully completed the Alalakarai Drinking Water scheme in the Kotagiri area. DMK party has a habit of hurting people but AIADMK party is destined to make people happy," he explained to the people.

Edappadi Palanisamy also criticised that DMK has leaders like A Raja who insult women in Tamil Nadu. He said, "AIADMK government is focused on giving priority to the marginalised people. Schemes like farmer loan waiver, increment of wages for the tea estate workers, etc., are underway."

He also assured that Ooty will be made one of the popular destinations in the world. During the campaign, Edappadi Palanisamy conveyed his wishes to the members who have joined back with the AIADMK party from AMMK.

In the Nilgiris, BJP candidate Bhojarajan is contesting from the Ooty assembly constituency and AIADMK Candidate Kappachi D Vinoth is contesting in the Coonoor assembly constituency. TN CM Edappadi Palanisamy campaigned today to get support for the NDA candidates.
