Satish Kumar lives in the Sunrise Garden area of Rasakkapalayam near Pollachi. He is working as a government bus conductor. Yesterday he locked the house and went to the relative's house with the family. When he returned in the morning, he was shocked to find that the front door of the house was broken.
When he went inside, he found that the wardrobe had been broken into and 8 sovereign jewellery and Rs 15,000 had been looted by unidentified persons. Sathish Kumar lodged a complaint with the police and the Mahalingapuram police have registered a case and are searching for the robbers.
