Singanallur MLA N. Karthik launches welfare schemes worth Rs.1.3 crores from development fund
Coimbatore: Singanallur Assembly Member N Karthik launched various welfare schemes in the constituency development fund at an estimated cost of about Rs 1.3 crore. The park, which is being set up in the Jai Nagar area of Coimbatore at an estimated cost of Rs 21 lakh, was inaugurated by N. Karthik MLA, DMK in-charge, Coimbatore East District.
Following this,N. Karthik MLA inaugurated the works of 3.50 lakhs worth of bore and water distribution pipe laid at Coimbatore Corporation Ward 55, Pappanaickenpalayam, Ganesha Temple Road, Singanallur Assembly constituency from the development fund.
Later, he inaugurated a library at Ward 56, PPS Colony, at a cost of Rs 25 lakh from the Singanallur Assembly constituency development fund.
Similarly, N Karthik MLA inaugurated the park in Ward 66, Raja Nagar area, which has been set up at a cost of Rs 15 lakh from the Singanallur Assembly constituency development fund.
At Ward 60 Ondipudur Government Girls' High School, N Karthik MLA started the work of setting up an auditorium at a cost of Rs 15 lakh from the Singanallur Assembly constituency development fund.
Later in Ward 62, he inaugurated the Bhoomi Puja for the construction of 2 Anganwadi Centers at an estimated cost of Rs. 20 lakhs from the Singanallur Assembly constituency development fund. In Ward 61, 5 lakh worth of bore wells and pipes were opened by Coimbatore East District DMK Officer N. Karthik MLA in Ondipudur Nagaiyanthottam street area from Singanallur Assembly constituency development fund.
