7 AIADMK cadres sacked for giving car to Sasikala for travelling


Coimbatore: 7 AIADMK cadres sacked for giving car to Sasikala for travelling. Yesterday, Sasikala arrived in Chennai from Bangalore with a rally of cars. The police then issued a notice not to use the AIADMK flag in their car.

Following this, Sasikala removed the flag from her car and traveled in another AIADMK flagged car. OPS and EPS has ordered the removal of 7 people from the basic membership in the party, including the AIADMK executives who provided the car as it belonged to the AIADMK executive. Seven people, including the AIADMK executive, who provided the car to Sasikala, were expelled from the AIADMK.

Sasikala arrived in Tamil Nadu on February 8th from Karnataka. Police did not allow placing AIADMK flags in her car. Thus, Sasikala traveled in the car of MGR Ilaignar Ani Secretary Sampangi of Krishnagiri District, Shoolagiri East Union. The AIADMK flag was tied to that car too.

Following that, Datchanamoorthy, Deputy Secretary, Tiruvallur East District, welcomed Sasikala. Krishnagiri East District, Shoolagiri East Union, Union MGR, Ilaignar Ani Secretary Sampangi; Union Agriculture Division Secretary Chandrasekhar Reddy, Union District Representative Janakiravindra Reddy; Prasanth Kumar, Head, Information Technology Division, Kommepalli Panchayat; Nagaraj Choolagiri, Ilaignar Ani leader and Sangiripalli Anand, leader of the Ilaignar Ani, have been removed from their basic membership of the AIADMK.

The announcement was made by party coordinator O. Panneer Selvam and co-coordinator EPS.
