Police authorities arrived at the scene along with Fingerprint analyst and are investigating further.
Coimbatore: Rangaswamy (85) farmer and his wife Arukani (80) who were living separately in Vellu Chettipalayam area near Karumathampatti, Coimbatore.
Both Rangaswamy and his wife Arukani went to their son Palanisamy's (52) house in the evening who lives in the same area without locking their doors and back home later.
Later when Rangaswamy woke up in the morning he saw his cupboard left open and things left scattered in his house. When he checked the cupboard, Rangaswamy found 3 sovereigns of gold jewellery missing from his cupboard.
Both Rangaswamy and his son Palanisamy then visited the Karumathampatti police station and filed a complaint regarding this burglary incident.
