3,852 people have received welfare through development work done in Nilgiris - Minister SP Velumani

Rural Development and Municipal Administration Minister SP Velumani visited Coonoor and Ooty in The Nilgiris as a part of his two day programme inaugurating various development projects.


Coimbatore:Rural Development and Municipal Administration Minister SP Velumani visited Coonoor and Ooty in The Nilgiris as a part of his two day programme inaugurating various development projects.



After that AIADMK Minister SP Velumani met with AIADMK officials in Coonoor and said that DMK during the Grama Sabha meetings have a habit of giving false resolutions to people.

He further listed out the development works done by AIADMK government in The Nilgiris.

AIADMK Minister SP Velumani then met with the press people and stated that " 3,852 members have received welfare with the development works that have been done in various departments including Revenue department, Horticulture Department, Rural Development and various other schemes including developments for Physically challenged people under the budget of 11.86 crores." He said.
