Coimbatore: AIADMK Minister for Rural Development and Municipal Administration SP Velumani yesterday took part in the Bhoomi Pooja ceremony for the construction of rainwater drains and small bridges in Jeeva Nagar, Coimbatore.
This construction is completed at 8th ward Jeeva Nagar, Coimbatore West under a budget of 7.32 Crores.
District Corporation Commissioner Kumaravel Pandian, AIADMK MLA Amman K Arjunan, MLA PRG Arunkumar, VC Arukutty, District Deputy Corporation Commissioner Madhuranthagi and other officials took part in this event.
