AIKSCC Tamilnadu members protest in Coimbatore urging to revoke cases filed on farmers protesting in Delhi

More than 50 farmers and members from the All India Kisan Sangharsh Coordination Committee took part in the protest.

Coimbatore: Farmers from the country are protesting in Delhi over the last 70 days fighting against the 3 new agricultural reforms introduced by the Central Government. More than hundreds of farmers have died in the protest due to the extremely bad weather and violence during the police attacks.

As a form supporting the protestors, All India Kisan Sangharsh Coordination Committee's Tamilnadu members took part in a protest at the PSNS office near the Collector Office in Coimbatore. The protestors requested the government to revoke the cases filed against the farmers who are protesting in Delhi peacefully.

Protest Organiser Palanisamy addressed the press and stated that "The Central Government must immediately revoke the 3 new reform acts. The Tamilnadu Government must come up with a resolution in the state assembly to support the farmers. All cases filed on the farmers for protesting in Delhi should be revoked".
