Coimbatore: Public Department Insurance Workers Unions across the country participated in a protest today requesting the government to implement anti labour policies and various other requests. This nation wide protest happened today from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm.
As a part of the protest in Coimbatore insurance workers at the United Insurance Office on Nanjappa Road participated in a 1 hour strike protesting the government to grant 30% of the family pension.
