2 arrested for submitting fake documents at a bail hearing in Coimbatore

Race Course police department officials are now involved in finding Anushya Devi who has involvement in producing fake documents.


Coimbatore: Senthil Kumar from Coimbatore was the owner of a private finance institution. Police authorities from the financial crimes department arrested Senthil Kumar last year after receiving complaints about him defrauding customers.

This case was being investigated at the Tamilnadu Investors Protection Court where Sethil Kumar had applied for bail.

The judge granted him a condition bail. Meanwhile, Palanisamy (55) from Pugaloor and Devi from Tirupur submitted the documents regarding Sethil Kumar's bail at the court. When the judge checked the documents, he realised them being fake, post this Court Assistant Thangamani filed a complaint with the Race Course police regarding the fake documents.

Police officials then arrested Palanisamy and Devi for submitting fake documents at court. Race Course police department officials are now involved in finding Anushya Devi who has involvement in producing fake documents.
