CRI group bags National Energy Conservation Award from the Government of India for the 6th time

Coimbatore: CRI pumps is a pioneer in the fluid management industry, which provides energy-efficient products and solutions for various applications across various industries.

The company is a notable contributor for many government projects and has now won the most prestigious National Energy Conservation Award 2020 from the Government of India.

In a press release by the company it said " Another feather in its cap, CRI has won the prestigious National Energy Conservation (NEC) Award for the year 2020 for the 6th time and 4th in a row. "

By manufacturing various energy-efficient pumps as its CRI pumps have once again proved itself as a brand with ethical responsibility as much as innovation.

With a strong portfolio of Star-Rated Pumps, CRI pumps have now successfully installed over 1.65 million pumps across the nation so far by helping people of various sectors from agriculture to manufacturing industries with the benefit of extra savings. CRI pumps have also reduced carbon footprint to the extent of 14 Million Metric Tonne.

After receiving the award from Hon'ble Minister of Power, RK Singh, CRI Group Joint Managing Director, G Selvaraj said, “This is the sixth time CRI has won its NEC Award for offering the most energy-efficient pumps for helping our consumers and the country save a significant amount of energy and money. I feel extremely proud to say that this year is our 6th award for the 4th consecutive year. CRI is one of the few companies that invest a great number of resources in Internet of Things (IoT) enabled Smart Pumps to save environmental resources like energy, water, time & money and so far has supplied over 60,000 IoT enabled Smart Pumps.

CRI's effort in conserving energy doesn’t end with designing and manufacturing energy-efficient pumps but by making enormous contributions in creating awareness about harnessing the solar energy in an effort to save non-renewable energy.

CRI has supplied over 43,000 Solar Pumpsets made of cutting-edge technology with AC and DC motors and high durability. The CRI management has continued to extend their support to the Government of India in various energy saving projects.

CRI management officials say that CRI group will be contributing more towards the future requirements by developing IoT enabled smart and energy-efficient pump sets with a promise to save energy for consumers and the nation.
