Coimbatore: "Treasure" is an unique platform for young entrepreneurs by Indian Texpreneurs Federation (ITF) has received an overwhelming response from industrialists across the textile value chain.

Indian Texpreneurs Federation (ITF) convener, D Prabhu said, "There are 520 members in our ITF team. The highlighting factor about our team is "Together we work Together we grow". All our members show more interest in updating the happenings in our textile industry every day and also share information between us through various social media platforms. In order to help the textile industrialists across the nation to get enthusiasm and an opportunity tomotivate them a platform called Treasure was released on behalf of ITF. This platform highlights the success stories of the Indian textile industrialists and also provide thoughts in areas of business management in this digital era."

"There are many unique success stories in the textile industry, like an Industrialist who delivered the goods to a foreign country within 15 to 20 days after receiving the job order which is a record time.

Likewise another textile industrialist has implemented the 'Go Green' concept at his industry campus which is very unique where the workers take more responsibilities in planting and taking care of saplings planted. Success stories will be shared in our platform. The success stories not only give inspiration to the industrialists but also helps in bringing out new thoughts and ideas."

Indian Texpreneurs Federation (ITF) convener, D Prabhu further said that, "We also connect these initiatives with the international buyers through various social media such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook.etc., This initiative gives us mutual benefit. The industrialist who implements the unique ideas gets publicity and on the other side it also helps many people from the industry to start thinking about implementing such unique initiatives in their industries."

"We have launched Treasure (India for sure) initiative before 3 months. We have received a very good response from industrialists across the entire textile value chain. Each story will be shared in various social media platforms and it helps to get a minimum of more than 4,000 views per story from many parts of the country and across the globe. We also don't restrict the stories within our 'ITF'. Rather textile industrialists who are not our members also can share their success stories. Sharing only the success stories in the Treasure platform will be boring. Hence we are consideringsome new categories such as unbox reflections under which various management thoughts also will be shared. So far 6 success stories and 8 management thoughts have been shared in our platform."

Indian Texpreneurs Federation (ITF) convener, D Prabhu concluded by saying that "The overwhelming response to our initiative has helped us focus on the initiative and to take it to the next stage by giving publicity across the nation which will help more success stories to be shared in our platform. This will ultimately help the overall industrial growth."
