Odisha youth arrested for selling ganja using mobile phone in Coimbatore


Coimbatore: Odisha youth has been arrested for selling ganja using mobile phone in Coimbatore. Police arrested a Odisha youth who was selling ganja by recording information and selling ganja on WhatsApp by calling customers by cell phone. According to the police, Tambura Rawat, 22, from Odisha, was working for a private company in Kannampalayam, Sulur.

He has already been arrested earlier in a case of selling ganja and has been signing at the police station and now police received a tip off that he was selling through WhatsApp.

Following this, the Sulur police looked for him and interrogated the man who was standing on the bike during patrol. It was then revealed that he had been selling ganja through his mobile phone. It was also found that he was doing door delivery for several people who had ordered ganja through Whatsapp. Following this, police seized a 1.5 kg of ganja from him and imprisoned him
