Coimbatore: Police officials in Pollachi have arrested 2 DMK members for allegedly spreading false information about Deputy Speaker Pollachi Jayaraman and his son.
It is said that Nagaraj and Sudharshan of DMK's Murasoli Mandram spread defamatory posts on Facebook regarding Deputy Speaker Pollachi Jayaraman and his son.
Satheesh Kumar, Deputy Secretary of IT Wing inCoimbatore was angered by this incident and questioned Nagaraj and Sudharshan about their posts on social media.
It is said that both DMK members scolded Satheesh Kumar indecently and issued death threats to him. After this incident Satheesh Kumar filed a complaint at the Pollachi East Police Station.
