Tirupur: Actor Vijay's "Master" movie is one of the movies released this Pongal post the lockdown due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Fans who were awaiting for the movie showed their full love to the movie. With the abundant love from the fans the movie has now achieved new box office records.
As a form of thanking the fans, Master movie director Lokesh Kanagaraj visited the Shri Sakthi Theatre in Tirupur where the movie was being screened and thanked the fans and public for supporting the movie and for watching them in theatres.
Director Lokesh Kanagaraj addressed the audience and took selfies with them. Post this he addressed the media gathering.
During his meeting with the press, Lokesh Kanagaraj said that he will accept the reviews made and will make sure they don't reflect again in his next movie.
He then said that the theatres are full because people liked it and further said that reviews don't need to be positive always.
After Director Lokesh Kanagaraj's address, Theatres and Multiplex Owners Association Head Shakthi Subramaniam addressed the media.
He said that "Movies which were released in theatres post Covid-19 lockdown are well enjoyed by the public. Public come to the films if the content is good, so Master has definitely impressed fans and public."
