This is a war between honesty and corruption - Kamal Haasan in Tirupur

The actor turned politician conducted his electoral campaign in Tirupur CTC corner, Tirupur old bus stand, Pushpa Theatre and Anuparpalayalam.

Makkal Needhi Maiam president Kamal Haasan as a part of his electoral campaign visited Tirupur today. The actor turned politician conducted his electoral campaign in Tirupur CTC corner, Tirupur old bus stand, Pushpa Theatre and Anuparpalayalam.



During this address amidst the public Kamal Haasan said that the assembly elections are not a war between the political parties but a war between Honesty and Corruption and requested that people should vote only towards honesty.

Further during his address he said that people must help Makkal Needhi Maiam to bring back Tamilnadu from money-minded Crocodile.

Later, the actor turned politician Kamal Hassan said that new voters don't have any prejudice in elections and requested the people to vote for achieving candidates rather than voting for their respective caste members.

He also said that Tamilnadu has received a good amount of rainfall every year but the incapable ministers focused on making money rather than working on water management.



Makkal Needhi Maiam president Kamal Haasan said that he was depressed seeing the condition of Noyyal river and said that it must be maintained properly to make the city better.

He then assured that Makkal Needhi Maiam party will do the needful to change this situation.



Later Kamal Haasan said that the city is filled with garbage and asked about the ESI hospital project which never began construction after the inaugural ceremony.

Kamal Haasan then said with the 2% collected from employees a total amount of 20 crores has been made so far and still there is no progress with the construction of ESI hospital.

Makkal Needhi Maiam during his address in Tirupur said that the party aims at making youngsters into entrepreneurs. He also said that " we once fought against the Britishers rule but now we should fight against the robbers from our own land."

Actor Kamal Haasan then said that the decision that Tamilnadu is going to take in the next three months is going to decide the future of the state.
