MNM has received additional popularity with the removal of MNM advertisement boards in Coimbatore: Kamal Haasan



Coimbatore: Kamal Haasan said the removal of MNM advertisement boards in Coimbatore has only added to the popularity of Makkal Neethi Maiam. At the Coimbatore airport, Kamal Haasan, chairman of the Makkal Neethi Maiam, spoke to reporters and said that the 5th phase of MNM's campaign has started in Coimbatore and has been well received by the people everywhere.



Prior to his arrival, party flags and posters placed at various places in Coimbatore were removed. Commenting on it, "Kamal Haasan said that MNM's advertising banners have been removed and additional advertisements have been given to MNM by Minister who removed the banners and thanked the Corporation officials.

He said, "If he had shown the same interest as in removing advertising banners on people's welfare we would not have come to politics."
