Tirupur: DMDK party organized a special meeting for the district representatives of Tirupur, Coimbatore, Namakkal, Erode and Nilgiris at a private hotel in Tirupur.

Later he met with the media and said that members from other parties will join DMDK under the leadership of DMDK leader Premalatha Vijayakanth at a meeting that is scheduled to happen this Sundayin Tirupur.
He further said that DMDK is currently in alliance with AIADMK party and the legislative constituency in which DMDK is contesting is yet to be decided.
Deputy Secretary Parthasarathy said that DMDK party will start their election campaign once their alliance is made public.
