Coimbatore: Premalatha Vijayakanth visits Coimbatore to provide pension scheme and pongal gifts. DMDK treasurer Premalatha Vijayakanth is coming to Coimbatore on the 13th ahead of the Pongal festival. She will be attending a ceremony in the Sai Baba Colony area and be presenting Pongal gift items to 4,100 people.
And for the first time in Tamil Nadu, Captain Vijayakanth is launching an old age pension scheme. It also offers a one-year insurance policy for party members. It has been decided to give an enthusiastic welcome to Premalatha Vijayakanth who is coming to Coimbatore.
The consultation meeting was held on the advice of DMDK District Secretary Cotton Senthil, chaired by Party Officer Raja from Saibaba Colony. The meeting was addressed by Sivaraman, District Treasurer and North Assembly Constituency Officer. They discussed giving a grand welcome to Premalatha Vijayakanth and consultations were held with party executives on selecting pensioners and giving Pongal gifts to women.
