2 women arrested for prostitution in Coimbatore
Coimbatore: 2 women arrested for prostitution in Coimbatore. Police were informed that prostitution was taking place in the area of Sulur taluk, Coimbatore district. Police conducted a search in Thirumal Nagar, area based on the information. The police caught and interrogated the 2 women who were in the house out of suspicion. It was found that both of them had posted their phone numbers on a social networking site and engaged in prostitution. The investigation revealed that the two continued to engage in prostitution by posting their cell number on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Following this, the police arrested both of them and imprisoned them.
