A positive start in 2021, 'ITF' Textile Industry Association has sponsorsed Rs 10 Lakhs to plant and maintain 3,251 trees inside 'SITRA' Campus in Coimbatore.
Coimbatore: Starting the New Year on a positive note, 'Indian Texpreneurs Federation (ITF) has come forward to sponsor Rs 10 Lakhs to plant and maintain 3,251 trees inside 'South India Textile Research Association' (SITRA) Campus in Coimbatore.
D.Prabhu, Convenor of ITF, said "Unlike all other sectors, the year 2020 was witnessed with a lot of challenges in the industries which belong to the entire textile value chain. But the combined team effort, unity, sharing, confidence and all the other good values which our team 'ITF' has is helping us to overcome the obstacles."

He also added "We have started this New year in a very optimistic way by sponsoring Rs 10 lakhs to plant and maintain 3,251 trees for 3 years inside the SITRA campus. This project will be implemented by NGO 'Siruthuli'.
