Chain snatched from a woman in Pollachi pretending to ask her for address!

A 2 soverign gold chain was snatched from Kala (29) who is from Parai street in Vettaikaranpudur, Pollachi.


Coimbatore: A 2 soverign gold chain was snatched from Kala (29) who is from Parai street in Vettaikaranpudur, Pollachi. Kala is a widower mom of a 11 year old son.

When Kala and her her son were on their way to the Masaniamman temple they were approached by a man in a two wheeler who asked for directions to Sethumadai.

During the conversation the mystery man is said to have suddenly snatched the 2 soverign worth chain from Kaka's neck and swiftly rushed away from the crime scene.

The victim Kala has filed a complaint regarding this incident at the Anamalai police station. The police officials at the Anamalai station are now investigating this case for further details.
