Road built overnight! Puliyakulam residents happy over the outcome!

The new road has made the locals happy and they have now thanked the Communist party for what they have done.

Coimbatore: Puliyakulam to Sungam was filled with potholes and uneven roads as a result of many underground works in the area by the corporation.

The road was uneven and was unsafe for people driving till Carmel Garden school. People who drive two wheelers were facing a lot of difficulties driving on that road and accidents were happening more frequently because of the poor condition of the road.

Members of the communist party had petitioned multiple times to the corporation officials about the bad conditions of the road which makes driving on the road practically unsafe. But the corporation officials were delaying the process of building a new road even after receiving repeated complaints by the locals.

As a part of finding a solution to this issue, Communist party members called in for a demonstration on Tuesday (today). Party members made an announcement the day before yesterday that garlands will be given to the people who were driving on the road which was quite impossible.

The corporation officials who were shocked by the announcement of this strange demonstration initiated the process of building a new road immediately and built the road overnight yesterday. This new road has made the locals happy and they have now thanked the Communist party for what they have done.
