Coimbatore: AIDWA lodges complaint with Coimbatore District SP demanding arrest of person who threatened actor Vijay Sethupathi's daughter
Coimbatore: Members of All India Democratic Women's Association have lodged a complaint with the Coimbatore District Superintendent of Police demanding the arrest of the person who threatened to sexually assault the daughter of actor Vijay Sethupathi.

The complaint states, "In Tamil Nadu, there have been recent attacks on social media sites targeting journalists, screenwriters and activists. Despite many complaints, some anti-social elements continue to do so without fear.
In this situation, a mysterious person has posted on a social networking site that famous film artist Vijay Sethupathi should not act in the movie 800 about the life of Sri Lankan cricketer Muttiah Muralitharan and if does so, his daughter will be sexually abused and killed.

As the violence against women, girls and children keeps increasing in Tamil Nadu, such threatening posts add fuel to the fire. The police should take appropriate action."
