Elderly man at Coimbatore Corporation's home for destitute senior citizens rejoins with family
Coimbatore Corporation runs a home for senior citizens at RS Puram. A lot of destitute elderly people reside here. Bhaskar (9) from Royapuram in Chennai sought refuge at the home two years ago. He informed the administrators that he exited his home, came to Coimbatore and there is nobody to support him. Following this he was admitted to the home for senior citizens and started residing there.
Meanwhile, his family and relatives who have been searching him all over for several days, came to know that he lives at an old age home in Coimbatore. After they got in touch with the administration, it was decided to hand Bhaskar over to his family.
Accordingly, he was taken to Chennai where he rejoined with his family.
