Coimbatore: COVID-19 tally rises to 662 in Pollachi, 23 so far
Coimbatore:Five people were confirmed to be infected with coronavirus in Pollachi yesterday. Health department said so far 662 people have contracted the deadly virus in Pollachi.
The total increased to 662 in Pollachi city, North Union and South Union. Of these, 549 have recovered and returned home, 23 have passed away and 90 are under treatment at Pollachi and Coimbatore Government Hospitals.
Yesterday's positives were from State Bank Colony, Vinayagar Kovil Road, Vasiyapuram and Thippampatti.
