A press release by the party said the verdict was a black mark on India's secularism and multiculturalism. They said it was a disgrace to the law that CBI court judge Surendra Kumar Yadav saying that all the 32 accused in the case were not guilty, the demolition of the Babri Masjid was not planned and there were no strong witnesses.

The release reads, "They very well know the background of the case and say there were no witnesses to the Babri Masjid when several channels broadcast the demolition in broad daylight. The world witnessed the demolition of a temple that had been worshiped by Muslims for centuries/ They said Kalyan Singh, who was the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh at the time gave all possible cooperation.

The Commission that investigated the case made it very clear that the ruling class planned and acted in such a way as not to cause any disruption during the demolition. The apex court also ruled that the demolition of the Babri Masjid was against the law.

The police and army who had gathered there were lethargic without stopping the illegal demolition. The accused, including Advani, Murali Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti, also just watched the show. They even distributed sweets after the demolition. Their political careers were accelerated after that.

Various journalists besides the CBI have submitted various documents related to the Babri Masjid demolition to the court, but the judge ignored them and released the verdict. The world is spitting at this injustice. The country is ruled by fascists and their rule will come to an end. The Welfare Party has been staging protests and besieging courts across the country condemning the unjust verdict handed down in the Babri Masjid demolition case."
