Tirupur: Fire Department rescued a North Indian teenager who fell into 130-foot deep well near Palladam.
The public informed the Palladam Fire Department that they saw a youngster fighting for his life after falling into a damaged well at Samikavundampalayam next to Palladam in Tirupur district.

After receiving information, the fire department went to the scene and found the young man struggling in a 130-foot deep well.
Also there was a six-foot-long Russell's viper in the well. Looking at the snake, the young man named Motu managed to climb onto a platform that had been built for erecting a submersible pump motor.

He was then rescued by an officer named Palavesamuthu with the help of department staff. He rescued the youth safely with a rope. He was then given first aid and sent to Palladam Government Hospital.
