Sayaan, Manoj, Bijin Kutty, Jitin Joy, Udayakumar, Jamsheer Ali, Manoj Sami, Santhoshan, and Azhar, who are accused in the murder and heist case of a guard at the Kodanadu bungalow of the late Chief Minister Jayalalithaa at the Ooty District Sessions Court. Deepu, who is accused of being the mastermind, surrendered before a judge today. The accused were produced before Judge Vadamalai today with heavy police security.
The trial was held today with 3 witnesses. Opposition counsel strongly objected to the questioning of that witness as the name of one of the witnesses had been changed. The trial judge later adjourned the case to tomorrow, the 24th.
