The Corporation Commissioner inspected the laying of model roads on DB Road, R.S. Puram from Sukrawarpet Junction to Cowley Brown road in the West Zone of the Corporation. The project is being carried out at a cost of Rs.24.36 crores.
He further reviewed and instructed the officials to accelerate the laying of underground drainage pipelines, electricity cables, drinking water pipelines for 24x7 water supply, laying of telecommunication cables, rain water drainage, pathways on either sides of the road for pedestrians, decorative street lights and flashing name boards.
