CAPA, President, N.R. Ravishankar said, "The news flashed by SimpliCity regarding the 200 faulty lines made a good impact. The very next day BSNL officials, did the repair work at my home. Cable work is over and broadband connections are being restored in the Viswasapuram area. I am getting calls from BSNL offices at Race course, Ramnagar and Saravanampatti about restoration of the connections.
