The Nilgiris: The murder-cum-heist case at the former chief minister late Jayalalitha's Kodanad estate was held in the Ooty District Sessions Court today. Seven people, including the main accused Sayaan and Walayar Manoj, appeared today. The trial judge Vadamalai has adjourned the case to the 15th.
Following the High Court order to finish the Kodanad murder-cum-heist casewithin 3 months, the district judge had ordered all the accused to appear today (11th).
Among the 10 accused in the case, Sayaan and Walayar Manoj lodged at the Coimbatore Central Jail and seven others were produced at the court today.
The trial judge adjourned the case until the 15th ordering all the 10 accused to appear on the said date.
