Coimbatore: Dream 20 volunteers provide laptops and mobile phones to underprivileged students unable to attend online class
Coimbatore: Volunteers from Dream 20 Organisation provided laptops and mobile phones to underprivileged students who are unable to attend online class.

Lockdown has been imposed across the country to control the spread of the coronavirus. Schools were indefinitely closed. Since the reopening date is still in question, many schools have begun conducting online classes. While many attend the classes, from economically poor backgrounds are unable to do so because of unavailability of smart phones and laptop.

Following this, Dream 20, a voluntary organisation from Tirupur collects used smart phones, laptops and tablets, refurbish them and provide them to underprivileged students. So far, they have provided 12 smart phones, 2 laptops and a tablet to the students under a scheme called 'Thuliyum Thalarathe.'
