Chennai High Court ordered the heist and murder case at the Kodanad estate of former CM late Jayalalitha to be completed within three months. Following this, the District Judge ordered for all the accused to be presented in court on September 3, today.
Out of the 10 accused, Sayaan, who is lodged at the Coimbatore Central Prison and Valayar Manoj, Manoj Sami and Udhayan were presented at court today.
Following this, arguments presented on behalf of the accused stated that the remaining six who are in other states could not be presented at court today as they could not obtain E-passes.
Justice Vadamalai, who heard the case, ordered the prime accused Sayaan and Valayar Manoj not to discuss the case with anyone and adjourned it to September 8.
