Suresh is a resident of the Nondimedu area, Ooty in Nilgiris district. He was residing in the Ellanalli area, along with his family.
The area residents informed the police department today that a male corpse was found in a small pond in the Thalaiyaati Mandhu area.
Following this the police and fire department personnel rushed to the spot and retrieved the corpse. They sent it to the Government Headquarters Hospital for post mortem.
Ther Ooty Town Central Police Department registered a case and are investigating to find out if it was a murder or suicide. Primary investigations have revealed that the man was Suresh from Nondimedu.
